**JBF Richmond Shopping Policies & Disclaimer**

For the safety and enjoyment of all shoppers, consignors, and team members, the following policies are strictly enforced while attending any JBF Richmond event:

* **Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.** Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children throughout the event.

* **Children should remain in their stroller or with their parent/guardian at all times.** Running, climbing, or wandering throughout the sales floor is not permitted.

* **Children are not permitted to play with, ride on, or use any toys, ride-on equipment, or other merchandise being offered for sale.** This includes bicycles, scooters, rocking toys, battery-operated toys, and all other display items.

* **Wagons and strollers that are for sale may not be used to hold your purchases while shopping.** If you wish to shop with a wagon, you are welcome to bring your own.

* **Any damage caused to merchandise by a shopper or their child may result in the shopper being held financially responsible for the damaged item(s).**

* **Theft of any kind will not be tolerated.** Anyone suspected of shoplifting or attempting to remove merchandise without payment will be escorted from the event immediately, may be reported to law enforcement, will forfeit the opportunity to complete any purchases, and may be permanently banned from attending future JBF Richmond events as a shopper, consignor, or team member.

* **JBF Richmond reserves the right to refuse admission, deny service, or remove any individual from the event at any time for failure to follow event policies, unsafe behavior, disruptive conduct, or any actions deemed inappropriate by event management.** No refunds will be issued if a guest is asked to leave for violating event rules.
