You must choose 1 in the drop down box. This Ticket (QR Code) will be scanned and used for your drop off pass & ALL shopping passes. You must drop off your items and be a seller at this sale in order for the shopping passes to be valid. You must have this pass (QR Code) in order to come to the presale to shop. This shopping pass is good for 2 adults Thurs. 3p-9p & Half Price sale Sat. 11a-7p.

As a condition of selling items in a Just Between Friends Consignment Sale, I represent, warrant, and agree that the following are true and correct in all respects:
I, understand that I am participating in the Just Between Friends Consignment Sale as a Consignor/Team Member.
I, understand I will have to report to and check in at the purple tent before dropping my items off or I will not receive a check for my items.
I, understand that there is $15.00 consignor fee will be taken out of my check at the conclusion of the sale.
I, understand and agree that Just Between Friends (JBF) North Indy and Just Between Friends Franchise Systems, Inc., MWalker Enterprise LLC, & Morgan Walker and/or any affiliates are not responsible for fire, loss, theft, or damage to the items I am consigning.
I also understand that JBF North Indy is only a broker or agent for the Consignor. JBF North Indy has no obligation to pay for unsold items. Title possession remains with the Seller. Just Between Friends (JBF) North Indy and Just Between Friends Franchise Systems, Inc., MWalker Enterprise LLC, & Morgan Walker and/or any affiliates will not make any payouts for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
I, understand that I will earn 60% of the gross sales actually received by JBF North Indy for the items I offer for sale.
I, understand if I choose to work a shift I will not receive an extra percentage however will be paid for my time, reflected on my consignor check.
I, understand that any items not picked up by 8:01pm will be donated to Good Samaritan. A tax deduction receipt can be obtained by submitting an inquiry to [email protected].
I, understand that I will receive an echeck to the email registered on myjbftags.com, within 10 business days of the conclusion of the sale, in the amount of my gross sales.
I, understand that there is a 90-day window to retrieve and deposit my check. After that time, a $30 charge will apply to place a stop on the original payment and reissue.
I, understand that I may incur additional fees of $1.00/battery if any battery-operated items I am selling require a battery replacement during the sale in order to show that the item is in working order.
I, understand that I may incur additional fees of $.25/item for items pulled from the racks/floor during inspection for quality for not meeting JBF quality standards.
I, understand that items that are outdated, stained, broken, missing pieces or missing batteries will be considered as "no thank you's" at Drop Off at the discretion of JBF Team Members.
I, understand agree to take my no thank you items home and will not place them on the sales floor. JBF reserves the right to remove unacceptable items from the sales floor throughout the sale.
I, understand JBF North Indy will sell the items I am consigning for the price listed on the barcode tags I have created. I understand that the price sold will be controlled by the printed tag attached to the item & not any subsequent changes online.
I, understand if I change the price or reducibility of my item, I must reprint and reattach the tag to the item.
I, understand that a “star” (printed on JBF tags) means that the item will remain FULL PRICE throughout the sale. Tags with no star means the item will be sold at 50% off starting on Saturday. For consignors’ protection, alterations to the tags (lowering/increasing price or adding/removing a star) WILL NOT be accepted any time during the sale.
If I choose for my donated items NOT to be sold at 50% and want them donated directly, I will mark them for FULL PRICE indicated with a star.
I verify that no item I am consigning is the subject of any current, pending, or threatened recall notice according to the Consumer Products Safety Commission.
Each item is clean and sanitized, in good operating condition & is not defective, broken, or damaged in any way. If any item is returned because it is defective, is missing parts or does not work, I will not be paid any amount for the sale of that item.
I understand that by appearing in a public venue as a shopper or consignor, JBF has my permission to use my image in any JBF publicity avenue they choose, & I agree that no royalty or other payment is due me because of the use of any such image.
I am the owner of and have carefully inspected the items that I am consigning/selling.
I, understand if I am helping out, I will arrive 10 minutes early for the shift. If I am unable to fulfill my full team member commitment, I will find a replacement and call or text Morgan at 765-667-4802. I will check in and out at the Team Member Check-In Area (purple tent). I am helping at the sale for the sole purpose of assisting with operations of the event in exchange for early shopping rights and to earn extra money for my time. I am helping out in an ethical manner and agree that I am not attempting to learn the business practices of JBF, operations techniques, or any other business matters that may or may not be trademarked, registered or proprietary in any way. I am willing to sign a confidentiality agreement and will do so if asked by a representative of Just Between Friends.
By registering to participate, I confirm that: (1) I have read & fully understand this Consignor Agreement & Liability Waiver, including the Representations & Warranties stated above.
By registering for my drop off pass, I confirm that: (2) I agree to and warrant as stated above; & (3) no one has made to me representations, statements, or inducements that change or modify anything written in this Consignor Agreement & Liability Waiver.

Seller Appointment(s)

  • I will put out all of my own things onto the sales floor in their appropriate places. I understand I have to be out of building by 9pm.

  • This is a $20 extra fee (this is in addition to the $15 consignor fee) taken out of your check.

    All of my things are organized by gender and size before dropping them off (if they are not organized you will be receiving a phone call to come put my items out or they will not be sold). All items must be brought in boxes/bags you do not want returned to you.

  • Items not picked up by 8:01p will be donated and it is the consignors responsibility to contact Good Samaritan to retrieve their items. No curtesy calls will be made prior.
